Our expert installation team quickly gets to work shot blasting the new concrete, saw cutting, and key weighing all the edges in preparation for Flow Resin Flowfresh HF, a heavy-duty, chemical-resistant, antimicrobial-treated cementitious urethane mortar floor product that is applied by hand, troweled to a ¼-inch thickness, then rolled out to a smooth surface. Flow Resin HF offers a long-lasting floor finish and an anti-slip surface that is resistant to thermal shock, vigorous cleaning and moisture vapor transmission.

The Flow Resin HF system requires no primer, bonds very well to the substrate, and is typically twice as strong as concrete. There’s no top coat, so there’s nothing to scratch or wear out on these floors. It’s a far superior system for the food and beverage industry.

About 12 hours after installation, the new floor is ready for foot traffic; heavy equipment and major production soon follow, after 24 hours.
