Surface Solutions resloped 9,000SF to 12 drains with cement based rapid mortar and applied 9,000 SF of UCRETE HF, HP, and WR, including: 6,000 SF of 1/4" UCRETE HP, 3,000 SF of 1/4" UCRETE HF, and a 6" UCRETE WR Radial Cove based. Surface Solutions resloped the entire area to prevent standing water and allow water to run to each of the 12 drains. UCRETE was applied as opposed to epoxy due to thermal shock resistance and impact resistance and was value engineered with UCRETE HF and UCRETE HP. Surface Solutions applied UCRETE HP in the lab areas for its easy to clean top coat. UCRETE HF was applied to testing areas with live steam, moveable heavy equipment, and heavy traffic. Surface Solutions applied a UCRETE WR radial cove base to all curbs and perimeter walls to prevent standing water. This new food & beverage research development ceneter will set the industry standard for sanitation.
