When Chi-town’s Goose Island Beer Company needs a 3,800 square foot warehouse converted to a functional, good-looking production environment, Surface Solutions applies UCRETE® HP, a solid color broadcast aggregate flooring system used on areas subject to chemical attack, where wet processing occurs and cleanliness is required. To further protect the floor from corrosion, chemicals and abrasion, a pigmented NOVOLAC Lock Coat is added.
Surface Solutions’ expert flooring installers also build out a berm per client specifications using UCRETE® WR, an extremely durable polyurethane and concrete additive used to form cove bases and renovate walls that withstands heavy traffic, harsh chemicals and fluctuating temperatures much better than a simple concrete surface.
The entire project is completed in just three days, minimizing downtime.
