"Over the past year Surface Solutions worked in our facility to resurface our 86,000 square foot manufacturing facility using various types of coatings (from 1/4" clad to decorative flake). They recently completed the entire project in five mobilizations (based on how much square footage we could free up at any given time), they did so under very aggressive time lines.

My job as project manager was to balance production while temporarily shutting down and moving equipment to allow clearance for Surface Solutions to come in and perform their work. Due to the limited amount of time production could be down, I gave Surface Solutions very aggressive deadlines, and they were able to meet them every time.

The guys were very good to work with, and needed very little direction and supervision. For each mobilization I would briefly meet with them for 30 minutes at the start to outline the scope then recap with them for another 30 minutes once completed.
