Made from sugar and water to form a thick paste, fondant icing is a sweet ingredient used to make candy and decorate cakes. Often flavored and vibrantly colored, fondant and its production are the reasons a bakery builds a new room at their Louisville, Kentucky facility.

The expert installation team at Surface Solutions takes just three days to finish 5,500 square feet of existing concrete and cant coves with Flow Resin Flowfresh SR in 40S Gray Quartz, which contains Polygiene® antimicrobial technology, then gives it a Novolac topcoat of SS253. Surface Solutions also line stripes the entire new fondant production room with a white perimeter in SS707OP epoxy in High Hide White.
