This project included resurfacing two 1,888 square-foot wash bays with Ucrete UD200, and rebuilding a 30-foot long, 4-foot deep trench drain, and lining it with UCrete RG cove mortar specifically designed for vertical surfaces.

UD200 is an ideal formula for facilities that require maximum protection and chemical resistance. It can withstand temperatures up to 300°F, and it is slip-resistant even when wet. Surface Solutions completed the project in just three days, and this quick-curing formula was ready to receive tanker trailers from Foodliner’s fleet in 24 hours.
