SSI Floor Maintenance Program Details

Our team at Surface Solutions will apply urethane concrete flooring as patches to maintain a customer’s floor. SSI makes saw cuts in the existing flooring and squares off the patches to ensure a clean transition. Products include:

Ucrete UD200 – a four-component polyurethane-concrete system, trowel applied at a finish thickness of ¼-inch to ½-inch depending on the condition of the existing floor. Ucrete UD200 floors are extremely tough and suitable for applications in wet and dry process environments. Ideal for meat, poultry and seafood plants, dairies, beverage and bottling facilities commercial kitchens, restaurants, freezers and coolers as well as pharmaceutical and chemical processing plants.

Flow Resin Flowfresh HF – a heavy duty, chemical resistant antimicrobial treated polyurethane resin floor topping that provides a durable and fine textured floor finish. Flowfresh HF contains Polygiene® antimicrobial additive, has very high chemical and abrasion resistance and is easy to clean and sterilize. Ideal for heavy processing areas such as food manufacturing, food preparation areas and chemical processing plants.

SSI also will repair curbing and fill cracks in flooring. Products include

Ucrete RG for Curbing – a heavy duty polyurethane thixotropic resin mortar designed for vertical applications, such as forming cove bases and renovating walls. It has exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals, heavy impact and temperatures up to 248°F (120°C).Ucrete Suitable in wet and dry process environments and ideal for applications in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries

Versaflex SL/75 to Fill Cracks – a self-leveling, 100% solids, flexible, two-component, rapid curing, modified polyurea joint filler designed for industrial floor applications to fill random interior cracks, control joints or new construction joints on horizontal concrete surfaces. SL/75 is

flexible, accommodating to small slab movement yet strong enough to protect the vertical edges of concrete from spalling under extreme loading. Ideal for cold storage facilities, freezers and food processing plants, industrial facilities, areas of polished concrete and airports.
