Our foremen and crew members are full-time employees of Surface Solutions. We do not use any subcontractors or outside labor. Our entire team has extensive training and knowledge of our products and installation methods. A significant number of our crew members have been employed with us for several years. Single-Source Warranty
We take pride in the quality of our work and how meticulous we are in every detail. Because we are a full-service installation contractor, we’re able to confidently offer a single-source warranty on all labor and materials. If you have any questions or issues with your flooring installation, you don’t have to worry about multiple contact phone numbers, or tracking down sub-contractors or manufacturers. We offer you a thorough review of all warranty documents, and we encourage our potential customers to verify the length and terms of the warranty for all contractors submitting bids.
Comprehensive Site Evaluation and Surface Preparation
We’ve often heard from our customers that Surface Solutions was the first flooring installer that performed a site evaluation of the existing surface prior to offering a recommendation and price quote. Without assessing the condition of the existing surface and how the floors are used, and what elements they are exposed to, a flooring technician cannot make an educated recommendation. Our technicians are certified Society of Protective Coating (SSPC) experts and conduct thorough testing of the existing concrete in order to recommend options that ensure the maximum service life for your industrial floor coating.
