Our expert installation crew quickly gets to work, applying BASF Ucrete DP to 3,100 square feet of new concrete (no cover), then adding chemical resistance to the floor with an application of Surface Solutions-branded SS253 Novolac topcoat.

The beautiful red flooring is ready for its first day of work in just four days. This is the first of several flooring projects we’re completing for Fusion Tech.

What is the Ucrete DP System?

Developed in Europe as the answer to the most demanding industrial environments, Ucrete® technology is the original polyurethane flooring solution that provides a powerful layer of protection for both new and existing concrete surfaces. Ucrete DP is a flow-applied mortar available in a number of colors, including the rich red used on Fusion Tech’s test kitchen floor. It is an ideal flooring product to use in commercial kitchens and restaurants, freezers and coolers, meat, poultry and seafood plants, dairies, beverage and bottling facilities as well as chemical processing and pharmaceutical plants.
